Brandi passante made her debut as a celebrity in reality television when she appeared on the A&E reality program "Storage Wars". The show featured her ex-boyfriend Jarrod, now husband, along with her husband Jarrod. They were able to propel them into the spotlight. The show auctions off the items in lockers that have rent that isn't paid for in three months. Brandi and Jarrod who run the "Now and Then" thrift shop in Orange, California participated in the auction in hopes to purchase storage units for a low price. However, they didn't realize of the potential to make them superstars in real life! Through the program, the couple proved to be very tactful bidders, and were subsequently the main characters of the reality show. In the aftermath of appearing on the television reality show, they were capable of increasing the size of their store. Their participation in the show "Storage Wars" inspired a spin-off program "Brandi & Jerrod Married to the Job' that is exclusively focusing on the couple.
