The video was uploaded to TikTok to respond to Trisha Paitas's compilations that made fun of Tourette Syndrome. Hila Klein who is Ethan Klein's wife, is an internet celebrity because of the YouTube channel that they run. His comic approach makes him a good fit on the TikTok platform. He's built a loyal following through his video responses. He loves the fact that he can co-comment on videos and reply to different types of material. In the past the only TikTok posts were for promoting both his popular YouTube and podcast. Ethan Klein, in response Trisha's video post, returned to the social media platform to share the duet he performed together with Trisha. The first time, Ethan Klein went after celebrities on social media for their excessive use of filters and editing their accounts. Trisha Paitas was mentioned as an example. Then Ethan Klein made fun of the lady. Trisha was unhappy with this and took to Twitter to come out against the man, claiming he was filthy and inconsiderate.
